The Open Market Cafe in Brighton is the best Cafe in town. Go there early in the morning and you will find folks from all sorts of life (usually the rough one) having a cuppa tea or a sandwich and talking about the latest news.
I have visited this Cafe many times. I normally sit there and watch the people. It is amazing. My favourite dish is still their cheese on toast - a slice of toasted white bread with mouthwatering melted cheddar cheese, nicely decorated. I usually have it with a cuppa tea. Interestingly they never ask if you want milk in your tea, they just assume you will drink it like everybody else in Britain. It makes me smile every time. They do ask if you want sugar though..
You might have noticed the menu board on this site. Well, now you know where I took that picture!
