Lasagne or Sandwich? Why not have both in one?

Italy is famous for its culinary qualities. Pasta, Pizza, Tiramisu, Prosciutto – there is hardly anything that Italy doesn´t have to offer and only gourmands will restrain from endulging themselves in Italian goodies.

Britannia is just as famous for its cuisine extravaganza – unfortunately in the opposite direction. That´s why Italian Chefs will go to Heaven and Britain´s will go to Hell. Or, to be more fair – they had a small chance going to Heaven (thanks to innovative chefs such as Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay ), but a big supermarket chain has managed to digg their own grave.

Blame it on Tesco, one of Britain´s leading supermarket chains. They now offer a so-called Lasagne Sandwich. Yes, you heard right, there is no mistake in the spelling.

One has to say, it is definitely handy for those who cannot make up their mind – whether to have a proper warm meal or just a sandwich that is. So why not just have 2-in-1?
