Just imagine a world without CCTV: knifers couldn´t be caught, sex-offenders would still roam the streets unpunished, thieves would rob every single jewellery shop on this Island and your neighbour´s Felis catus would probably end up in the bin.
Wait a second...the cat would end up in the bin? Who would dump a cat in a bin?
Well, apparently there are people out there, so-called "cat-disposers". who actually do bin of our quadrupedal friends. How come? Are they being mind-controlled? Are they animal-haters? Or are they being paid by the government to justify constant surveillance?
